Reminds me a scene from the "Duke of Hazzard", but General Lee's place is taken by VW :-) Cool ad for VW Genuine Parts. Believe it or not, I have done exactly the same stunt with a "Beetle" pick-up van my father owned, when i was 20... i thought i had ruined it, and was very suprised to find out i didn't :-O... so i just know this is possible! maybe after all it was a matter of "genuine parts". The copy in these ads say: "*Please try this stunt ONLY IF you've had your VW serviced at an authorized shop - where all parts and service are warrantied for 2 years. Good luck!" Thank you very much Tu for sending in these two ads. You really made my day, bringing me memories.
